This takes place at Miami University’s Hamilton, Ohio campus’ beautiful Parrish Auditorium on Wed Nov 14th. You’ll likely need free tickets to attend… so call 513-785-3020 soon. A few patriotic souls will ask Lee the questions I just know he is dying to address. Bring your camcorders… well maybe don’t worry about that… there will be a gajillion there already. The room holds 28 with several tables, podium, etc., but can hold up to 60 if crammed in (I think that’s the max cap with chairs only). As an organizational effort only, I don’t believe it is necessary to fill the room, but just to get as many in attendance who are interested in planning and regular future meetings as needed.

My intent is to develop a discussion agenda in the next few weeks and be able to distribute several days before the meeting. My wife and I intend to provide snacks and drinks (sorry, no booze). I would also intend on filming the event unless there are objections.

I’d like an RSVP (reply to all preferably so we’re all on the same page) from each of you interested in attending, including the numbers you’d expect to bring -AND- any topics you may wish to include in the agenda.
